Just listened to a RIDICULOUS program here... its called War of the roses.

Gameplay on radio: a woman suspecting her bf/husband cheating on her, calls the radio and narates the story. The radio channel then talks to her about it and eventually will call the husband saying that he has a dozen of roses to send to whoever he wants. And apparently if he sends to his wife, he is safe and if he sends to his mistress, the wife will come in and scream blar blar blar.

The case i heard today is about this woman, jamie, who found some naked self-taken pictures of a coworker on her husband laptop.

Lessons learnt for men:

if u cheat, cheat smart.

if someone calls u for free stuff, give it to ur wife.

DO NOT save stuff about ur mistress on ur laptop.

Lessons learnt for women:

if u called in for this program, the marriage is over anyway and this is regardless of whether he did cheat or not.

a) '97 Mazda MX-5 USD2995 181k miles

looks okay... rejected due high miles, 2 seater, small boot, might as well get a better car with that price... makes me wonder why i put it in the list in the 1st place..

b) Nissan 200SX

never saw it in the auto mart.. maybe cos wasnt looking?

c) '00 Mazda 626 117k miles $2995

no battery... gear 1 jerks alot... dunno izzit due to battery... high possibility i will buy it... but i wanna test drive others...

d) '97 Honda Accord $2695 180k miles..

great handling but alignment is out.. i can only drive str8 with abt 2-3 inches cocked to the right ... high miles and i think need a lot of maintainance..

e) '97 Ford Mustang GT $3700

waaa very chio on the outside!!! inside full leather oso damn chio!!! but... odometer spoil.. think got ppl tempered with it... den its a fucking manual car... i test drive... gear 1 jerking all the way cos i cannot find the bloody 1/2 clutch pt... never stall is heng le... but DAMN powerful on the highway.. haha guess cos its a 4.7l? lolx

Importance of investing...

omg... i din expect i will ever do this... but after buying a life policy and looking at other ppl's blog entries... made me do this... haiz... 5am and i should be sleeping now man...

This is also to encourage my dear frens to start investing!!! haiz... and also not to buy a life insurance policy lolx... kk now for some facts... due to limitation of blogspot.. it shall be placed as a picture...

now for a $200 per mth contribution(and come on guys... just dun go chiong/take less cabs/dun buy that extra necklace/shoes/shit will give u $200 a mth le!!!)

Assumptions made: only $200 a mth, retire at the age of 50(or after 27 years of investing), stop by 75(i did this cos i hoping to die by then) and shown above is 10% annualised yield,5%,3%...

Guys this is very important.. so pls for god's sake go read abt investing!!! u see after 27yrs of keep dumping 200 bucks a mth in u only dumped 64000.. pls this is like peanuts k.. i earn abt there a year.. opps.. anyway... this means a whooping 1.3 million when u are at 75!!! even if u retire u can get a whooping 300k!! at 10% yield of cos... even the super conservative one at 3% u getting like nearly twice of wat u put in when u retire...(pls note inflation is not factored in and its abt 2-5% a year) so by investing stupidly and getting 3% yield, u get back ur money's worth when u retire. i.e. when u retire, 64k that u put in is worth whatever u invested. kk must sleep le.. got to fly tml..

26th Nov: Thanksgiving eve... supposedly a day where families get-together and eat and exchange secret slips at random to choose who give who prezzies at xmas no one noe who giving to who one!! interesting hor maybe intro this to gang next year wahaha eh.. another thing is becos of the xmas prezzie they wanna buy, the following day is usually known as... BLACK FRIDAY!!! its like supposedly the best sales ever for the year lar.. in the end so disapointing haiz.. nvm lar dun tok abt it le.. at least got like $40 out of it lolx no photo lar but we went to queue up at the local PX at like 4-5 am to get this $20 voucher they giving out... 1st 100 ppl outside can get one haha.. ya we went on TWO days lolx
