haha go beach so fun... the waves damn high lar... i standing on the sea floor the wave can engulf me... got one i roll into a ball den kanna whack into the wave... inside roll 3-4 times den come out... haha scary but damn fun... but can realise how tsunami ppl can die... i inside roll 3-4 times already abit... den panicky liaoz imagine 3 storey-high waves waaaaaaa just keep rolling inside nia haha anyway... quite fun day.... den monday(here holiday :D) went for an airfield run... kaoz!!! damn shag... ard 9km... i took 1 hr... and its like walking pace liaoz at the end... draggin my body forward nia lor... damn shag... maybe this weekend can try again hehe
